Members of the CCE DEIB Core Leadership Team (CLT) will facilitate a dialogue process where we will share our emerging vision and values aimed at fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Our emergent vision and values center authenticity, collaboration, well-being, growth, and mutual support as key personal and organizational development areas. Leaders and learners will be invited to contribute their unique perspectives, insights, and feedback to further develop and refine our DEIB strategies and action steps. Through engagement in collaborative dialogue, we seek to collectively shape a vision that embraces, leverages, and operationalizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Topic 2 – Shared Staff / Collaboration
Imagine you have the opportunity to share staff and collaborate with another CCE County to maximize resources and efficiency. What strategies would you propose, and how do you envision this collaboration benefiting each party, how might the collaboration be designed, what and who makes sense to share? What challenges do you envision?
